To report a claim, you may call or email to our Customer Careline; or contact your dealer

Step 2:
Once appointed dealer/ AMS has verified, we will liaise with our Nationwide Authorised Service Network Repairer to arrange and confirm on appointment for inspection and repair

Step 3:
Meanwhile, customers can make online enquiry on status of repair

Step 4:
Customers to sign discharge, and receive the repaired product
